They gave us an upgrade to a honeymoon suite on the beach. It was probably the best room

| You were absolutely RIGHT, Punta Cana
was so amazingly beautiful. We had the BEST week. We even took the all day tour where you
can go into the villages to see what the people really live like and what an incredible
experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly, the weather was perfect, the resort was very
very nice. Best of all Joe loved the food and keeps recommending going there to everyone
we talk to. I would go again in a heartbeat too. |

| Liz, Punta Cana was wonderful. We all
had a very nice time. The food was very good also. I enjoyed many dishes that were new to
me. As for the cruise, I start to work on tax returns in January so any cruise at that
time is out of the question. But thank you for keeping us in mind and for all of your help
with the trip to the Dominican Republic. |
| By the way, we did get a room upgrade
for the week. They gave us two of the sites in the other hotel next door. I don’t
remember the name of it, but it began with a B. |

| Hi Lis. I got your message and I just
wanted to drop you a quick note. Our trip was heavenly except for the unexpected emergency
at home. My grandmother got very ill and became unconscious they did not expect her to
make it through the weekend so we came home on Friday. Thankfully she came out of it on
Tuesday and is doing 100% better. When we checked out early from the hotel and transferred
our airline tickets they said that I would have to contact you to see if I could get
reimbursed any money for the 3 unused days of the hotel. I’m not sure why but they
made it seem to be procedure to go through the travel agent. So my question to you; is
there anything that can be done. |

add, I was a little hesitant working with an agent from another state but you are A-I and
I will absolutely come back to you for any travel needs in the future. |

IberoStar Punta Cana |
| Lis, We just got back from The
Dominican and we loved it. First off the resort was everything you said it was and we
thought it was PARADISE. The upgrade you requested really paid off, we had our rooms right
near the pool next to each other and one of the rooms was a 1 bedroom suite. It really
made us all feel very special. |
| The grounds were beautiful and the
beach was the nicest we have ever seen. We run our own business and this was exactly what
we needed to recharge the batteries. |
| We vacation about 3 times a year and
you can be sure we will be calling you with advice about places to go. |
| We already know about January, there
are about 8 - 10 of us (adults, no kids) looking to do an all inclusive to Cancun. We saw
the travel book you sent us and we think the Palace hotels are nice but which one? |
