| I just returned from Taiwan today and
found several items that you recently mailed me, including a rebate check and Club Med
Coupons. |
| I must tell you, I travel often
(about 100,000 air miles/year) but rarely find someone as responsive and attentive as you
have been. Actually, I am shocked and Jim can’t say enough about you! I can see that
you are a seasoned travel agent with a lot of contacts, experience and a great outlook on
travel. |

| Hi Lis, |
| We had a fantastic time in Cancun. The hotel
was perfect for us. It was small enough that you could meet people and find them the rest
of the week. And lots of young people for the girls. We all made lots of friends. We were
even invited to a wedding of one of the girls we meet from Savannah. We had a great time
with that family all week. The hotel had "fun" shows every night and at the pool
in the afternoon. We laughed so much!! We all agreed that if, or when, we go to Cancun
again we would stay at the same place. It wasn’t the fanciest place but very clean
and the food was 100 times better than Breezes was. They put large shrimp out by the boat
load!! And the staff was great too. I was so comfortable there we never wanted to leave
the hotel. We only went out twice. |
| We had great weather. Everyone is tan. |
| The girls felt very important sitting in First
Class, they loved it. Unfortunately, on the way home we weren’t assigned to First
Class, so they were disappointed but no big deal. We were all so tired, we slept all the
way home. |
