| LOCATION - Situated
on the North Coast of Jamaica on 22 acres of beachfront property in Runaway Bay just 42
miles or approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from the Montego Bay airport. Transfers from
and to the Montego Bay airport are included. Our Reservations Department confirms your
return flights to your home city. |

Rooms are booked on a shared basis. This means that a client traveling by himself/herself
automatically shares with someone of the same sex. A guaranteed single rate is available.
Enjoy a variety of movies via satellite in the privacy of your own room. Outlets are wired
for 110V, 50 cycles. |

Entertainment - The resident band performs nightly with well-known Jamaican
entertainers. We also have sing along in the Piano Bar with our pianist. Also enjoy
Karaoke in the Piano Bar twice weekly. |

11:00 pm and closes when the last guest leaves. |

| Watersports -
Windsurfing, sunfish sailing, kayaks, water-skiing, Hobie Cat rides, snorkeling, and scuba
diving (all with instructor and lesson), Beach and pool volleyball and Olympics.
Glass-bottomed boat rides. Mistral windsurfing school at Breezes Golf & Beach Resort
is included in package. |

| Landsports -
Basketball, Bicycling, jogging trails, nature walks, cricket and beach soccer (all with
instructions).; four tennis courts, lit for night play, with resident pro. Our exciting
circus workshop features flying and swinging trapeze, trampoline clinics, juggling,
tightrope walking, unicycle, and bicycle balancing acts. Available Sunday to Friday. |
| Indoor Activities -
Our game room has backgammon, cards, dominoes, pool table, skittle table, table tennis and
much more. Be creative with our Arts & Crafts coordinator in our own craft workshop. |

Beaches/pools/Jacuzzi
- There are two private, white sand beaches (1 of which is au natural) and two freshwater
pools at Breezes Golf & Beach Resort - one free form pool and one lap pool in the
lobby area. There are 3 Jacuzzis: one of which is located on our au natural beach, one
close to the games room for relaxing after a workout, and the third is nestled in our
tropical landscaping. |
| SuperClubs' Golf Club
- SuperClubs' own 18-hole, PGA-quality golf course is adjacent to the hotel at Breezes
Golf & Beach Resort at Runaway Bay. Learn how to play golf at our golf school; our
golf director and several professionals are there to assist you. For beginners to advanced
golfers, a total of 28 hours of instruction are available each week. The school has a
lecture room with video equipment, a 10-bay golf range, large practice green, sandtrap and
chipping area. Greens fees and golf school instruction are all included in your stay at
Breezes Golf & Beach Resort (Clubs, carts and mandatory caddies are not included.). |
| Fitness Center -
Stationary bicycles, stairclimber, treadmill, Nautilus-style equipment, free weights,
aerobics classes, and aquacise classes fitness instructor. |
| Parties - Breezes
will also have various theme nights during the week, including Toga Party and Pajama
Party. |
| Weddings - The hotel
offers complimentary weddings that include a wedding cake, champagne, marriage license,
non-denominational marriage officer and flowers. Witnesses are provided on request. We
handle paperwork. We require three working weeks' notice to complete the formalities. You
are required to be in Jamaica 48 hours before the ceremony can be performed. |

| Conference Facilities
- Our conference room seats 60 people and are equipped with flip chart, VCR, TV, overhead
projector, public address system and podium. Banquets and private receptions can also be
arranged for a reasonable charge. |

a boutique and duty-free shop located on the property plus a local craft vendor. |
